GENERAL SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to develop relationships with new partners in EMEA for consumer and small/medium businesses in order to generate significant incremental vendor funding and improve Dell's image and capability as a solution player. The candidate will be responsible for implementing successful co-marketing and sales activities in line with Dell's business strategy and to generate strong returns for both the partner and Dell.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and attract new partners in support of the EMEA csmb new partner development strategy
• Work closely with global, US and APJ teams to drive synergies in partner acquisition and share best practices
• Develop and/or implement partner plans to maximize funding opportunities while supporting Dell's key business objectives
• Be aware and trained on all relevant partner programmes guidelines
• Ensure flawless execution of the funded programmes

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Strong sales/marketing experience with good understanding of the consumer and/or smb business customers and the different available demand generation activities
• Strong partner relationship building skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to make effective business decisions in a rapidly changing environment
