EMEA MB Market Intelligence & Acquisition Program Marketing Manager
Dell is looking for a strong professional with a very good knowledge of IT decision cycle and Medium Business Market who will define and drive the Medium Business acquisition strategy in EMEA.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development and ownership of EMEA MB acquisition marketing plans
• Define the acquisition engagement process based on customer purchase behavior, competitive presence, sales cycle...
• Transform the different competitive intelligence sources into our "take share" strategy aligned with the vertical market and LOB potentials.
• Work with CRM, Sales ops, BI and Infrastructure team to ensure key customer insights and growth opportunities are extracted and communicated out to the regions, in alignment with integrated marketing plan
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• You have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in sales, marketing or services.
• You have business experience with strong skills in planning, project management and leading project teams and virtual teams.
• You have a deep knowledge of customer purchase behavior and decision process
• You have a good understanding of the different role within an MB IT organization.
• You have strong project management skills and experience in solution selling.
• You have strong communication skills, the ability to lead a conversation and cross functional communication
• You have a strong business acumen
• You are a team player across teams and countries
• You are responsible, have initiative and enjoy a hectic environment.
• You speak/write English fluently; a second (or third) major European language is a plus
• Global experience a plus
