Residency: Open to local and non local candidates
Role Purpose: You are Millicom's person on the ground supporting the local teams in matters of business intelligence and controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
-You partner with the local businesses and work closely with the operations and finance teams to drive improvements in financial planning, reporting, analysis etc.
-You create ad hoc analysis and assist in local projects.
-You prepare and present financial operating and management reports.
-You identify and anticipate potential problem areas/risks (financial, operational ...) and offer suitable solutions.
-You will help prepare for the integration of the business into the Millicom Group
Position Requirements:
-You hold a master degree in Accounting and Finance or Economics
-You are fluent in English; [Portuguese], Spanish and French are considered an advantage
-You have minimum 3 years of experience working with controlling, financial analysis or similar responsibilities
-A background in online is considered an advantage
