DESCRIPTIONS
The Project Program Management Consultant is responsible for successfully project managing customer deployments, service readiness, and maximizing customer experience for Dell's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portfolio. This role is part of the Dell Services Global SaaS Onboarding Team.
REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years relevant experience with High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years relevant experience with Master's Degree
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
• Knowledge of Dell Modular Services offerings and SaaS business model.
• Demonstrated successful service deployments in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage projects that involve various technologies.
• Working knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Proficiency in industry leading technology services tools.
• Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining
