DESCRIPTIONS
• Responsible for the ProConsult and ProManage business performance plus formulating the Services strategy across the Business Units (can be a country or a hub of countries).
• May also be in charge of coordinating large Managed Clients Services deals in his region.
• Key to success is co-operation with local General Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing and all services stakeholders.
• Success will be measured through achievement of exceptional customer experience and financial goals plus continued improvement in overall services mix within the BU and share of wallet.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Build Dell Services credibility in the market place and within the BU
2. Attain targeted sales goals by specific channel
3. Develop and implement plans to ensure best in class performance for the complete solutions portfolio
4. Drive share of wallet across segments in countries
5. Provide Services leadership to the BU through regular communication, both structured and informal
