(http://www.channelstv.com/home/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/OAS-helicopter.png)The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency has denied claims of political undertone in its actions on OAS Helicopter-5N BPX that conveyed Edo state Governor, Adams Oshiomhole from Benin to Awka on Friday. At a briefing in Lagos in Saturday, NAMA insisted that its personnel's' demand for the helicopter's flight plan and passenger manifest was strictly safety and security issues and purely an aviation matter bothering on rules and regulations. The agency stated that the pilot and his employer failed to comply with procedures and industry laws which led to the delay.
