Successful candidates are required to spend a minimum of two years in Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) in order to develop business expertise and leadership skills. This experience provides members with a strategic mindset, cultural awareness and a thorough understanding of different industries and business models (from technology infrastructure to financial services). After the completion of the program individuals are internally recruited by a GE business (Healthcare, Capital, Oil and Gas, etc...) and required to take on a leadership role in their home countries.
