Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Warri, Nigeria

Recruiter: Alvy Consulting

Job Summary: This role involves assisting in coordination of all movements of people, materials and equipment to and from well sites.

Primary Responsibilities:

•   Be the Focal point for general day to day queries to deal with, refer and follow up appropriately.

•   Liaise with project personnel (internal and external) to maintain accurate rota's and associated records.

•   Co-ordinate regular crew change activities (advise check-in times, accommodation, etc).

•   Ensure SAP rotation is kept up to date and accurate.

•   Liaise with project/construction engineers with vendors travelling to site/offshore & co-ordinate appropriate pre-mob requirements.

•   Provide administration support to HR Advisor for medivacs, compassionate etc (e.g. accommodations, travel, update records etc.)

•   Provide feedback and data on current and potential external supplier/providers.

•   Continually seek improvement in working practices and put forward suggestions for improvements.

•   Provide monthly operational and HR reports which are clear, concise and prepared in a timely manner.

•   Build strong relationships with PM and project personnel including wider HR team.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree preferred.

•   5 years' experience in Logistics/Dispatch, preferred.

•   Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Outlook (email).

•   Proven ability to build strong relationships with field crews and trucking companies.

SAP experience will be an advantage.
