A leading construction company is looking for a Construction Operations Manager to manager multiple project in southern Nigeria. The position is based in Nigeria. Only candidates who are fully fluent English will be considered for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify human and material resources required for the projectsw
• Manage the contractual arrangements with customers, particularly in terms of billing services.
• Continuous monitoring of project progress against forecast documents.
• Manage contracts for all providers and suppliers, subcontractors, internal and external to the group.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• To provide management and advice, on all technical and financial issues, as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in managing prefabrication projects.
• 5+ years' experience in large building project such as school, universities or hospitals.
• Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary, multicultural team
• African experience in necessary
• Strong fluency in English
