Reporting to the Operations Manager you will have responsibility for the co-ordination and supervision of pre-service planning and operations.
Main Duties:
• Coordinate and supervise pre service planning and operations
• Maintain, compilation, analysis and reporting of KPI's to Field Service Manager (FSM)
• Monitor utilisation of all assets and service resources maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Support identification, investigation, analysis and reporting of equipment and/or operational failures
• Implement corrective actions to ensure ultimate client satisfaction
Job Requirements:
• Graduate in Sciences, Mechanical Engineering Applications, Drilling Engineering or Diploma with relevant drilling and or workover operational and management experience
• Extensive industry experience in drilling or workover related disciplines
• Industry experience preferable
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• Specialist product line specific training will be required
• Computer literate and proficient
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Self starter
