Federal regulators are investigating an estimated 288,000 2002-'04 Honda CR-Vs for faulty headlights. Honda said it is aware of the investigation and that it will cooperate with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

NHTSA said it has received 12 reports from consumers who said the low-beam headlights stopped working simultaneously in the aforementioned CR-Vs.
