Job Description:
• Facilitate and source quotes for high quality goods with competitive pricing.
• Responsible for all purchasing, technical and general, from both local and offshore vendors following documented processes to maintain compliance, including the coordination of receipted items from offshore vendors.
• Establish, organize, and maintain a re-evaluation process for all suppliers, and ensure that all suppliers continuously fulfill Stratus's criteria and make recommendations to Management team.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of quotes, orders and deliveries
• Update Procurement system with status updates, delivery updates and material arrival and status of quotations, including undertaking proactive supplier management to maintain delivery timelines.

Company Description:
We are a company supplying ICT services within the Oil & Gas Industry based in Onne, Rivers State, Nigeria. We are looking for a Nigerian National, ideally from the Rivers State who is an experienced ICT Procurement Officer to joing our expanding Procurement Team. The individual will have an extensive knowledge of ICT equipment and proven procurement experience which enables smooth and timely delivery of goods (supply chain management).
