Job Description:
• Assisting with the business case creation, including obtaining project requirements and providing analysis of information.
• Understand various concepts and terminologies, including highly technical content, and express them in a clear and concise manner
• Prepare all documents that include specification, scope, delivery time, project plan, project budget of equipment, materials and resources, and others required to support and in cooperation with the commercial department in their proposals to clients and project management in identification of resource allocation
• Conduct surveys and hold meeting at client premises and with client representatives in order to prepare survey reports and minutes of meeting in coordination with the Commercial Manager and Project Manager, as supporting records and basis for decisions regarding the solution that is proposed to the client
• Ensure that documents support and clearly represent the client's identified needs, opportunities and processes
• Ensure that documents meet all relevant specifications; and are compliant with the project brief and internal Company requirements, policies/procedures
• Planning and monitoring of the project execution by self or as a support to the Project Manager

Company Description:
We are a company supplying ICT services within the Oil & Gas Industry based in Onne, Rivers State, Nigeria. We are looking for a Nigerian National, ideally from the Rivers State who has 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst on ICT Projects. The individual will have strong project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines with exceptional customer service skills as they liaise with internal and external clients.
The Business Analyst works closely with our Commercial Team, Project Manager and clients to ascertain project requirements and provide analyst on the information to enable business solutions to be provided to clients and monitoring the actual project delivery manages the work flow.
