Job Objective/Purpose of Job: – To provide the interface between HR and line management to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management that results in more effective front line delivery. – Manage training, development and performance management programs for employees, offering a way of developing skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work, building worker loyalty to the firm, and most importantly, increasing individual and organizational performance to achieve business results
Education Qualification: A good degree in the Humanities or any other relevant or related field of study from an accredited University
Experience: 3 – 5 years minimum experience in a similar function
Required Skills & Competencies: Administrative processes and policies, Computer & Internet research skills, independent judgement, facilitation, training, & interviewing skills, provides clear & unbiased information etc
