Job Title: Project Safety Advisor

The Project Safety Advisor is responsible for coordinating the safety resources.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Mentor field Safety professionals
• Coordinate multiple projects ensuring alignment with company's SHE objectives.
• Deploy Project SHE Management resources and advises on Safety, Health and Environment issues.
• Identify issues related personnel capabilities relating to Safety and advise on issues management.
• Advise on improvements on personnel competencies
• Engage with project on development on the pre-gate 2 safety deliverables.
• Sets expectations/defining process/input to staffing plan
• Conduct periodic site assessments and evaluate Performance on all company's projects
• Analyzes data and determines trends and root causes
• Evaluate processes and advise Safety Manager on improvement
