Job Description: – Must have worked in HR. – Job will involve controlling a total staff strength of 1000 employees across our group. – Focus will be on controlling expatriates (approx 70) and their local resources. – Will be required to prepare a handbook, monitor and maintain discipline, track performance for incentive schemes, conduct performance review meetings etc.
The candidate would also take care of:
• recruiting & hiring practices,
• retention
• management support and negotiations
• Maintaining MIS and other requisite reports
• HR development
• Designing & implementing standard operating procedures
• monitoring overall functioning processes
• Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize efforts.
• Good communication, people management & negotiation skills.
