1. Head of Finance

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing a sound financial strategy and comprehensive financial controls. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating budget preparation and budgetary controls; monitoring the company's financial performance; developing and managing improved accounting systems; and providing accurate and timely information for effective management decision-making.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
You will be a degree qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in a well established commercial organization have a working knowledge of internal control procedures and management information systems and be familiar with office automation and computerized financial applications. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will identify and develop access to new/alternative channels of communication and promotion (i.e. touch points beyond traditional media); provide objective justifications and measurements; and supervise the lCT specialist in charge of utilization and security of lCT infrastructure.
Requirements/Qualifications:
You will be degree qualified in the sciences/lCT (a related post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage) and be familiar with digital media.
You may well be a member of generation Y and have a knack for trying out new things and better ways.
3. Director, Communications Planning

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a dynamic team to develop 'connections' strategy as integrated, oversee implementation to exceed client expectations and evaluate results for improvements.
Requirements/Qualifications:
You will be degree qualified
(with preference for 2: I or MBA) and have a minimum of five years in media planning or a related role in a leading media independent, advertising agency or marketing company.
Experience at the client interface and awareness of integrated marketing communications (IMC) concepts and methodologies will be an added advantage.
4. Position: Chief Buyer
Ref: phd/110/CB
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will achieve media cost proximity with leading media independents and oversee the media monitoring function to set compliance standards. You will also process media suppliers to enable prompt payments.
Requirements/Qualifications:
You will be degree qualified (with preference for 2:1 or MBA) and have a minimum of five years in media buying in a leading media independent or advertising agency. Ideally, your track record of success will include experience heading a buying function with direct involvement in negotiating best value from media owners or developing new media channels.
