With Mexico away at the FIFA Confederations Cup, Hexagonal leaders USA and Costa Rica are keen to keep up their sizzling form and get a jump on their rivals in CONCACAF qualifying for Brazil 2014.

I do not think they would be able to take advantage of that at all. I feel Mexico still has it under control.
