Job Summary: – The Analyst, Finance will be responsible for providing financial and accounting support. – The job holder will report to the Manager Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that monthly bank statements are collected from banks
2. Processes contract payments
3. Processes payment for vehicle maintenance and all other admin expenses
4. Prepares and posts Payment Vouchers and journals
5. Sends all vouchers processed raise for scheduling to AGM (F&A) and Internal Audit for pre-payment auditing
6. Checks all vouchers for scheduling, have internal Audit approval before scheduling for payment
7. Prepares payment schedules to banks inspect of all payment and ensure that they are timely delivered to the banks
8. Receives all in coming cheques and issue receipts

1. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and others at all levels in the organization
2. Rigorous attention to detail
3. Numerate and analytical
4. Proficient in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
5. Good record keeping
Educational / Professional Qualification(s):
1. Must be a graduate in Accounting (or related disciplines)
2. Professional qualification will be an added advantage
Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience working in a finance department of a reputable public or private sector organisation
