Alhaji Bello Mahmud, the Registrar-General, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), has identified the lack of training of personnel as one of the key factors responsible for weak service delivery by the agency.
.
Mahmud made the remark on Friday in Abuja while declaring open, an in-house interactive session organised by the commission's Registry Department.
.
This was contained in a statement issued by the CAC Director of Public Affairs, Mr Church Williams.
.
The statement quoted the registrar-general as stressing the need for training and re-training of members of staff "to institutionalise the culture of service delivery in the public service.
.
"One key factor that brings about gaps in service delivery is when staff are ill-equipped,'' he added.
.
He, therefore, urged staff of the commission to strive to render services to the satisfaction of customers.
