Job Title: Regional Network Technician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide Tier 2 support to Local IT Specialists. Solve complex network and connectivity related issues reported to the IT Service Center.
2. Identify, troubleshoot, diagnoses, and resolve dynamic network issues (VPN/FW/VoIP) quickly. Coordinate and work closely with US based IT support staff and regional IT Managers. Report back progress on assignments daily.
3. Be a key contributor in IT project planning and implementation efforts as well as scheduled network maintenance events.
4. Document (or maintain documentation of) network design and configuration details. Define and document best practices for network related processes.
5. Serves as a liaison with vendors and ISPs. Participate in ISP evaluation and selection processes for project site offices.
6. Provide onsite support for new office startups in the region. This will require some travel and non-standard work hours several times a year.
Minimum Qualifications: (4+) years of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills Prerequisites:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8 and Office 2010 including Outlook.
• Proven ability to support remote access technologies, as well as Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware/Anti-Malware products.
• Proficient with Check Point and ASA firewall configuration and troubleshooting is a must.

• CCNA
• CCNP
• MCP
• MCSA
