Job Title: Head, HR (Preferably Female)

The Head, Human Resources Management will have the responsibilities for planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development (Including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development as well as performance management),
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must be degree qualified and possibly with an MBA. Possession of relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage,
• She must have minimum of 10 years work experience out of which at least 5 must have been spent in a managerial position in a service industry,
• She must also be a self-starter and must have worked in similar position in a best practice environment.
