PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

This position will sit within the Global Customer Operations (GCO) HR team providing consulting expertise to the GCO business on variable pay, designing and implementing effective compensation plans for both sales and services in partnership with GCO HRBP's and the Total Rewards Delivery organization. In particular this role will be responsible for helping to drive simplification in variable pay. In addition, the Total Rewards Senior Consultant/Expert will work with the GCO business to support efficient and effective delivery of all TR solutions across the GCO organization.
The incumbent will be required to work closely with GCO Management, Business Operations and Finance to understand business requirements, develop viable solutions and implement these solutions globally working with and through the TR Delivery organization. The incumbent will be part of a small Total Rewards team that reports up to the GCO Board Area HRBP and will be required at times to represent the Global GCO Total Rewards Partner in local meetings or to accommodate different time zones.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• As part of a small team design the global sales and services compensation frameworks driving consistency and simplicity globally while balancing regional/legal requirements.
• Ensure plans are market competitive and cost effective
• Support the implementation of the Incentive and Commissions Management project (ICM)
• Drive increased understanding of variable compensation within GCO, implement relevant analytics to support better decision making and cost management
• Provide consulting support within GCO to specific client groups, advising and counseling HR
• and managers on all aspects of total rewards either directly themselves or through specialized TR resources from other teams This involves understanding the business
• dynamics and the part that Total Rewards plays in managing the attraction and retention of key talents in support of the business.
• Build and maintain strong networks with TR resources globally ensuring programs are fully aligned with future TR strategy, compliant and cost effective
• Provide support, education and enablement to GCO HRBP's to deliver on global programs
• Lead global initiatives as required, specifically change in the area of sales/services compensation
• Continuous improvement of the existing programs, actively supporting execution and operationalization of TR plans/programs.
• The role must be based out of our Newtown Square (NSQ) location.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor or Master's degree in related fields (business administration, HR etc.) or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead projects globally, influence and drive change across different cultures
• Able to establish good working relationships across all lines of business, usually virtually
• Good consulting skills and ability to understand customer's needs and to provide customer service excellence to all levels of managers and employees
• Willingness to look for pragmatic high-quality solutions and work on their execution in a dynamic working environment ("Can-do mentality")
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills; flexible in taking up new assignments in a global, dynamic and virtual working environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 8 years business experience preferably in a sales compensation environment
• Experience in multinational environments and driving projects globally
• Total Rewards knowledge about base pay, variable pay, long term incentives, benefits and recognition programs, including Executive Rewards is preferred but other relevant experience and proven track record
