The President, Chartered Institute of Administration, CIA, Goddy Idaminabo has lamented that Nigeria is suffering from misrule.
.
He said this recently at the institute's 2013 training for fellows to be inducted into the institute this week in Abuja.
.
"The problem we have in this country is mal-administration because people find themselves in administrative positions, government offices without being equipped with necessary administrative skills.
.
He therefore called on leaders and public office holders to embark on continuous administrative training to sanitise the country's corporate and public administrative sector.
.
"We are ready to partner with the present government through impactation of modern day administration techniques," he said.
