Job Title: Specialist, HR Partnering and Resourcing

Job Summary:
• Provide support in the timely and efficient execution of Etisalat Nigeria's recruitment activities
• Liaise with other areas of the HR function to address staff-related issues and opportunities within assigned business unit
Principal Functions:
• Implement cost effective strategies aimed at providing Etisalat Nigeria with the right number and quality of staff
• Evaluate manpower needs/ requirements
• Identify and keep up with placement opportunities within the organization
• Provide logistics support towards the execution of recruitment activities – internal and external – from sourcing to selection
• Review recruitment requisitions from business units and assist in preparing recruitment adverts
• Conduct first-level shortlisting for interviews and aptitude tests
• Carry out preliminary reference and credentials checks for new hires and maintain and update the recruitment database
• Provide inputs in the preparation of management reports on activities of the Resourcing & Partnering team
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head-Resourcing & Partnering
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Experience,Skills & Competencies: Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
