Post by: Shola Sholaz on Jul 04, 2013, 02:46 PM
A traditional bone setter, Alhaji Habu Bodinga, on Thursday appealed to the Sokoto State Government to construct a ward to accommodate the large number of patients seeking his services.
.
Habu said in Sokoto that the call became necessary because of the influx of accident victims with fractures from from different parts of the country.
.
"My services are free; I directly inherited the vocation and potentials from my late father who also inherited it from his father.
.
"Victims of road accidents from the neighbouring states and Benin Republic do come in search of treatment at my traditional clinic in large numbers.
.
"The construction of a big ward would accommodate more fracture patients as my house cannot presently do so, hence, most of my patients sleep outside," he said.
