Job Title: Director of Finance and Administration

Employer: Leading Global Consumer Products Company – Nigeria

Job Description: An established multi-billion dollar global leader in the successful innovation, production and distribution of health and beauty products is looking for a Director of Finance & Administration to assist in managing and directing their operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Primary responsibilities:

•   Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; and oversee all financial, project/program, and accounting.

•   Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors; assess any changes necessary.

•   Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Country Manager; Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.

•   Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.

•   Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the Country Manager;

•   Further develop human resources and administration, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training, and recruiting.

•   Work closely and transparently with all external partners.

•   Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations

•   Oversee all customer support and marketing efforts.

•   Oversee Supply Chain logistics, including government regulations, customs and importation of products.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Education Requirements:

•   Accounting, Business Administration or Finance

•   Master in Finances & Administration – a nice to have
