Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) has re-accredited the Undergraduate Engineering Programmes of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). This was as a result of COREN re-accreditation visitation to the Undergraduate Engineering Programme of the University from 23rd -27th January, 2011.
The following programmes were fully re-accredited for 5 years from January 2011 to January 2016:
1. Agricultural Engineering
2. Civil Engineering
3. Electrical Engineering
4. Mechanical Engineering
The effective date of accreditation is 27th January, 2011.
