Osaze Odemwingie has spoken of his resolve to return to the Super Eagles but adds that it will only happen if he is needed by the national team handlers.
.
Osaze who has been frozen out of the Super Eagles set-up by Stephen Keshi in recent times said that he is committed to playing for the country again.
.
"I'm a patriotic Nigerian, I will be willing and ready to play for the Super Eagles at any time but that of course depends on the decision of the handlers. "If I'm invited, why not? I'll be ready to play," Osaze said while attending Austin Ejide's wedding in Lagos on Saturday.
.
The former Lille of France striker's future at West Bromwich Albion of England has remained a subject of uncertainty but the ex-Insurance of Benin ace revealed his heart is no longer with the club.
.
"There has been much speculation about whether I'll be at West Brom next season or not. Some have even speculated that the club is unwilling to discuss with me. But all that will be put to rest within the next one week. There are several clubs in the queue but where I'll be or may be next season is close to my heart.
.
"Talks have been on-going and I want to say that in a matter of time, perhaps before the end of the week, everything will become clearer," he stated.
He doesn't need to beg for anything. He is qualified to be called back because he is a very dope player. I wait to see what Keshi would do...
