DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
Within the Operations team, under the leadership of the Offshore Material Coordinator, provide technical assistance:
Assist in the management of the offshore warehouse, action urgent requests and changing priorities in accordance with Offshore material Coordinator, implement and maintain safe, productive, and efficient working procedures to comply with organizational standards.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Offshore Material technician to supply all spare parts needs and reports.
• Assist to provide spare parts from the warehouse to the maintenance department
• Assist in the spare parts reception from Nigeria warehouse and update CMIMS accurately with minimum delay.
• Assist in the tool box repartition to each maintenance position
• Assist to ensure the storage and the availability of the all specific tools.
• Assist in updating the warehouse stock position file and conduct systematic stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the control & tracking of stock and re-ordering of all Client's pressurized gas bottle inventories (e.g. O2, CO2, Refrigerant gases, Laboratory gases, etc)
• Participate to establish and implement the materials procedure.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE Policy.
• Reporting maintenance issues to facilities as directed by line Management
