In visiting Finland, it is not a must you're invited. You can apply as a tourist visitor by making provision for the following:
1. Hotel Reservation
2. Flight Reservation
3. Travel Insurance
4. Means of sustainance during your visit
But I will advise you to contact Finnish embassy in Russia for specific requirement if any.
