Job Description:  – As a leader within the EMEAR Staffing function develop and execute on the Talent Acquisition strategy covering the EMEAR Sales organisation, aligned with Global and EMEAR Staffing, HR and Cisco's goals and strategies, incorporating diversity, regional, functional and niche market requirements. – Reporting to the Head of Staffing for EMEAR, the Staffing Lead EMEAR Sales will lead a team of approximately 10 senior recruiters and researchers/sourcers across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR).

Responsibilities:  – Manage the business of staffing for EMEAR Sales; conduct needs analysis and prioritise and execute recruiting activities to match key functional and geographical demand.  – Manage resources; define team requirements and role responsibilities; leverage virtual teams (wider HR organization, Staffing Operations, Global Staffing COE's, etc.) where possible to develop and execute on strategy.  – Build staffing capability in the team. Ensure sufficient subject matter expertise in areas of recruiting, research/sourcing, candidate management and business relationships. – Lead, engage and develop the EMEAR Sales recruiting team to achieve resourcing goals. Build a high performing, high morale team.  – With a particular focus on Sales in Emerging Markets, continue evolving our staffing model enabling and accelerating the hiring of top talent by the appropriate staffing coverage, capability and capacity aligned to demand across the region.  – Work with the EMEAR Staffing team to innovate and develop Cisco's employer branding strategies.  – Leverage metrics and data, operational processes to improve the hiring manager and candidate experience.  – Partner with Staffing COE's, HR and Finance to develop a workforce planning strategy for EMEAR Sales informing talent mapping/sourcing initiatives.  – Define, track and report on staffing activities, performance and success measures (contributing to increased candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, lowering costs and increasing productivity).  – Develop strategies to improve the skills and capability mix of the EMEAR Sales workforce including Early in Career and diversity metrics.  – Drive efficiencies and innovation through the Cisco business processes (i.e. best practices, project methodologies, etc.) – Champion change management strategies that include and leverage communications, marketing, training, etc.  – Assess risks to project and program success and create mitigation plans.

Experience/Qualifications: – The successful candidate should demonstrate a successful track record of leading a highly expert recruiting team within a matrixed, complex global organisation.  – Have deep expertise in successful delivery of professional and volume recruiting solutions. Understanding of various staffing models for delivery. – Virtual and direct team leadership and management; creating a team oriented environments. Ability to manage a blended workforce and mitigate risks for the company. – Team leadership, management and motivation. Proven experience leading high performing, high morale, and diverse teams. Generates respect from team, peers and partners. – A proven track record of driving transformational change in a fast-paced environment. – Results-oriented and an effective problem solver.  – Agility; quickly grasp business requirements and rapidly create appropriate delivery plans.  – Cultural awareness and sensitivity across the region.  – A natural influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills. Demonstrated relationship building with eco system partners and business leaders. Partnering and leveraging capabilities, maintaining effectively relationships at all levels – Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Comfortable with ambiguity.  – Self-motivated with an innovative approach.  – Significant corporate Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience from a high growth/fast paced company including management responsibilities. – Recruitment experience within Emerging Markets required. Experience supporting recruitment within a Sales function/environment strongly preferred.  – Typically requires BS/BA or equivalent. Master's or Ph.D. in business management, leadership development or organizational effectiveness is desirable. – Must be fluent in English. Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
