Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Network

Job Purpose:
• This is a vital position to support Enterprise business unit to conduct planning work and provide project and resource plans supporting the delivery of all enterprise services. This person will be interacting with the enterprise business team and customers very extensively.
• This person will liaise with the planning and solution, MS partners, etc. team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management;
• Provide Enterprise network stakeholder group with a single interface to the project office
• Projects plans to be prepared to ensure efficient and timely delivery
• Acting as the Project office liaison consultant for Enterprise Network within Enterprise Business
• Project manage the end-to-end project delivery cycle for projects from Enterprise Network
• Build project plans and schedules using MS project and change control systems used with Managed Services partners
• Seek management sign-off and commitment from all suppliers and clients (key stakeholders) of the project covering the design, development, testing, deployment and Sign-off.
• Managing issues, risks and contingencies taking onboard all operations requirements through to a successful conclusion and a turnkey approach while deploying any process improvements identified as part of the projects operated.
• Assist and provide expertise in operating day today standard Enterprise Network projects.
• Assist with Enterprise Network infrastructure engineering projects to support enterprise network services.
2. Business case approvals;
• Ensure clear understanding of the business case for projects and ensure that all approvals to enable delivery are completed.
3. Good Technical Knowledge;
• Must know in-depth Last mile connectivity, Transmission and IP Network interfaces, Internet and IP/ MPLS services and various transmission and IP technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent
• With at least 3 years' experience in an area of Enterprise network – Project Management
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Project Management domain
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise Network (IP & Transmission) – Project Management
• Analytical and Presentation skills
• PMP or Prince2 qualification ideal
• Interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial disposition in decision making and managing resources
• Logical decision making abilities
