Job Title: Technician
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
• Repairs and maintenance of bakery machineries such as; dough mixing machines, dividers, molder, ovens, and related bakery equipment.
• Examine machines and equipment to troubleshoot problems.
• Replace defective parts
• Assemble machines.
• Start machines and observe gauges and other instruments to ensure adherence to processing standards.
• Cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Project Engineer.
Requirements:
• Minimum of OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Cognate experience of about 2-3 years (Automobile Option).
• Able to work under minimal job supervision
• Able to communicate verbally, understand and follow written /verbal instructions.
