Job Description:
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation f short and long plans of Superflux international in Abuja.
• Responsible for aggressive business acquisition in the print industry (security and commercial) in Abuja Market.
• Create a well qualified pipeline of prospective business opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain sales territory plan and ensure achievements of company sales targets and profitability.
• Ensure performance to customer's specification.
• Manage customer relationship.
• Implement sucessful corporate strategic plans to move the business to the next level.
• Resposible for outlining new approaches and business models to develop the business in Abuja.
• Responsibilityfor business development planning, customer and competitor analysis, financial modelling, proposal design and tender bids to grow the business to deliver the agreed return on investment.
• Resposible for laison with the GH, Marketing to ensure the availability of resource and services to support and deliver strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships to grow superflux and business.
Required Year of Experience: Minimum of 12 years work experience as a Business
Required Minimun Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

• Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills.
• Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of the Nigeria print market.
• Strong knowledge of the business terrain of Abuja and the North.
