Roles and responsibilities:
Project Coordinator (PC) (1):
Health-related work experience
• Experience with international donor agency projects
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficient use of computer programs and report writing
• Report to TSHIP Malaria/Child Survival Program Officer at meetings and in writing on a monthly basis
• Manage overall project implementation in keeping with protocol
• Facilitate training of POS providers
• Manage project commodities
• Supervision of local supervisors
• Ensure quality monitoring and evaluation of project data on a monthly basis
• Liaise with SMOH, BACATMA, LGAs and other stakeholders
Project Supervisors (PS) (3):
• Demonstrated English language communications and report writing skills
• Basic computer word processing ability for report writing
• Guide PMV/PHC mapping and recruitment in assigned LGA/Wards
• Help facilitate POS staff training
• Conduct at least one supervisory visit to each recruited and trained POS
• Provide continuing education at each POS
• Distribute project commodities at POS on monthly basis, or more frequently as needed
• Collect and review monthly M&E information from each POS
• Report in writing and at meetings on project activities at least once a month
Skill set:
Project Coordinator (PC) (1):
• 5-7 years project management experience
• Basic health or social service qualification
• Post-basic qualification relevant to community/public health
• Health-related work experience
• Experience with international donor agency projects
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficient use of computer programs and report writing

• Help facilitate POS staff training
• Conduct at least one supervisory visit to each recruited and trained POS
• Provide continuing education at each POS
