Super Eagles winger Ahmed Musa has revealed to Complete Sports that he is ready to build on his last season's impressive form for CSKA Moscow in the coming season.

The Nigeria international who notched up 11 goals in the league for the Russian champions is optimistic of replicating better performance for the team when they start their title defence against Ural Jekateringburg on Wednesday.

The former VVV Venlo winger who helped CSKA Moscow to win the Russia Super Cup against rivals, Zenit Saint Petersburg has equally set his sights on Champions League football.

"I hope to better the performance I had last season," he began.

"I want to do well for the team in the league and the Champions League. I'm not under any pressure because I know I will be better than I was last season," he concluded.
Ahmed Musa showed how good he is @ the Confederations Cup so I'm sure he would be retained by Stephen Keshi. He is a good player.
