We are currently looking for a Risk Controller for our client who is a reputable Multinational FMCG.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Vehicle maintained as per planned schedule
• Management of centralized workshop facilities and Inventory in stores
• Roadworthiness of vehicles and licensing thereof
• Major repairs
• Continuous Improvement and Training for workshop operations
• Providing technical knowledge to the business
• Compliance to relevant Transport Legislation
• Supplier partnering
• Fleet maintenance and replacement program
• Coordinate, manage all risk related checklists, registers & files.
• Coordinate of all meetings (Risk meeting, BCM, Evacuations)
• Risk Inductions and Planned Job Observations (PJO's)
• Risk awareness programs
• Calculate and reduce LTIFR
• Reduction in accidents and injuries
• Hot work permit system in place
• Suppliers and contractors to comply with safety program
• Conduct accident & injury investigations in line with company procedures
• Non-Conformance management
• Risk Audits conducted bi-annually
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree or Diploma in Risk Management
• Microsoft Advanced
• Preferred Experience: (5-10 years) – Implementation of Risk Management programs – Developing of Business Continuity Program – Familiar with relevant legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Work in Teams and Independently
• Proactive and Adaptable
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
• Deadline driven
• Must have a professional approach
• Willing to travel between sites
