Requirements: – The ideal candidate should have very good experience in Siebel Support, Siebel release management and deployment; should have handled day-to-day operational issues; interact with customers to understand pain points; resolve issues and suggest improvements; – Siebel support, someone from production support background – Must have 5 – 8 years role experience
