Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst

Job Specification:
• Modelling and Financial analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Preparing presentations for clients, investors and internal committees
• Conducting comprehensive market research and business due diligence
• Drafting transaction memos and offering documents
• Communicating regularly with clients, attorneys and all other parties involved in a transaction
Qualifications:
• Minimum Second Class Upper Degree should be in: – Finance/Accounting – Mathematics/Statistics – Engineering /Physics or – Economics/Business Administration
• Prior investment banking related work/extracurricular experience will be looked upon favourably

• Excellent communication skills – able to succinctly express complex ideas (verbally and in writing)
