Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Reference: HTD/113/FM  

Location: Oghara, Nigeria

The Role: Reporting to the Director of Administration, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the institution.

You will:

•   Be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises

•   Co-ordinate procurement and contract management; building and grounds maintenance; cleaning, catering and vending; health and safety; security, utilities and communications infrastructure; space management

Requirements:

•   Degree-qualified in facilities management or any related property management discipline (possession of a relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage)

•   Minimum of 10 years' experience in property management

•   Registration with relevant bodies is an advantage
