Job Title: Pipeline and Piping Commissioning Engineer

Job Description:
• Ensure that for the Pre-commissioning / Commissioning the technical packages are in compliance with the contract scope, general specifications and Projects' requirements.
• Ensure that the Pre-commissioning / Commissioning technical document respects the schedule and the quality for the need of related procurement, fabrication, pre-com/ com operations on site.
• Supervision and control of the following Pre-commissioning / Commissioning mechanical activities by contractors:
• Pre-Test (roads, rivers)
• Pipelines cleaning, gauging and hydro-test
• AGI pre-test / test and inert activities
• Definition of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures principles (witnessing, hand-over, certificates, punch lists)
• Revision and Approval of test packages
• Ensure and follow up on testing equipment conditions and certifications
• Review and Approval of test sequence and planning
• Preparation of punch list of activities to be completed before pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Ensure specific HSE precautions are included in related procedure, implemented and followed over the whole pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Monitor environmental compliance for effluents use & treatment in liaison with HSE department
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 15 years working experience in pipelines hydro-test and commissioning
• Similar experience on 42" pipeline required
• Fluent in English language
• Good communication skills
