General Jeremiah Useni's case, to 13 November, 2013, on grounds of the absence of Bar. V. O. Odjemu, counsel to the accused from today's hearing.

The adjournment was sequel to the seating of 25th June, 2013 where the accused filed a preliminary objection challenging the actions taken by Federal Government of Nigeria, for confiscating his landed properties in Abuja, during the regime of President Obasanjo, which ruling was reserved till today.

Also, at today's hearing, the Tribunal has adjourned the prosecution of Dauda Ashigye, a serving custom officer who is being accused of running a hotel business while still in service, also owing assets above his supposed income as public servant.

The hearing which was chaired by Justice Danladi Yakubu Umar, granted the adjournment for the last time, to 19th September, 2013 for continuation of hearing, as prayed by the prosecutor to present his last witness who was said to have travelled out of town.
