Activities: Coating Integrity Management of the facilities
OPERATIONS:
• In charge of the management of all painting offshore operations performed.
• Supervises the painting contracted teams with the associated equipment.
• Ensures the respect of contractual terms and conditions by the painting contracted company.
• Is committed for the preparation and implementation of the yearly painting program.
• Takes an active part in the integrity management of the assets.
• Follow up the HSE training matrix of the contracted personnel assigned to painting activities.
• Manage the monthly performance incentive of the painting contracted company.
• Supervises the QA/QC activities for material, consumables and painting works.
• Perform the yearly visual coating survey of all structures and maintain a long term look ahead program.
• As Company Representative ensures that all works are carried out safely, effectively and under expected cost control.

Position off shore on the FPSO.
Purpose:
• Ensures the compliance of all painting activities with the painting referential of the company TOTAL GS EP COR 350 & 450 and the TABK CMS 1315.
• Manages all requests related to site painting remedial.
• In charge of the scheduling of all planned and un-planned painting works.
• In charge of all reporting related to coating maintenance.
• In charge of QA/QC management system related to the coating system applied.
• Prepare in advance the detailed scope of work of the yearly painting programme.
• Perform a yearly close visual site integrity survey of all facilities to monitor the ageing coating damages to schedule suitable remedial actions and to update a long term look ahead corrective program.
• Update a yearly look ahead programme for the further painting campaigns.
• In charge of works permits preparation of the contracted team.
• Provide assistance for the coating inspection of the items as defined in the GS EP EXP 311.
• Predict possible hazard due to coating breakdown and initiate preventive measure related to asset integrity.
Qualifications required:
• The holder of this post must have the following qualifications as a minimum:
• Painting management experience in E&P oil/gas Operations as supervisor
• Good knowledge of new building & offshore maintenance painting jobs
• Certified ACQPA/FROSIO or NACE level 2 inspector or BGAS Grade 2
• Good spoken and written English language (score of >> 3.5 in standard Total test or Bright test or 780 in TOEIC). French an advantage.
• Proficient use of computer application packages.
• A rigorous and methodical approach, an ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and contractors.
• Competent in his field, he must show common sense and an organisational ability.
• Physical ability to regularly go and work offshore in the climatic conditions of the site.
