MISSIONS: Preparation of Shut downs onshore/offshore
ACTIVITIES:
• To assist the SD Team members and the SD Coordinator in all the preparatory activities related to the planned shutdowns
• To prepare and coordinate with the various parties involved (production, inspection, maintenance, etc.) the definition of the shutdown work scope until approval by management of the various aspects covering: works lists, planning, list of material
• To prepare and initiate scope of service, identification of major resources / means requirements and supervise the overhaul Shut Down during work
• To prepare and ensure that preparation activities are carried out in accordance with existing Company rules, Guides and Manuals and that all HSE requirements are adhered to at all times
• To prepare presentations and interim reports during the period of the SD preparation
• To prepare and coordinate with the Planning Engineer the preparation of the SD schedule including various options and formats of planning, plan mobilization and needed POB
• To assist the SD team in coordinating the preparation of the shutdown as per the approved plan, ensuring materials procurement, resources mobilization, cost follow-up, planning updating, liaison with construction department through regular meetings, ensuring proper certifications/authorizations from proper authorities, etc...
• To prepare /coordinate as required with external engineering contractors to study / design / validate the SD related documents
• To monitor Procurement activities and ensure that critical items with long lead delivery are identified in advance, coordinate with SD Team to explore mitigation measures in case of delays
• To follow-up the shutdown works performance until completion including inputs as requested for the close out report
• To ensure update of technical documentation after modifications done during the SD are completed
• To visit the site on regular basis (as well as Onne/PHC warehouses) to ensure that SD plans are understood and followed
• To supervise Contractors' activities before and during the SD window.
CONTEXT:
• The Shut Down works take place both Offshore and Onshore
• The Shut Down works take place in a context of intense maintenance, modification and project activity and in the shortest possible time (due to production shortfalls)
• The context and environment may vary according to the site, the scale of the Shut Down and the industrial environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• A specialist with strong knowledge / experience on Shut Down activities in the Oil & Gas industry
• 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in Production, Operations or Project Management
• Very strong command of Primavera planning software (all packages and versions) and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of international standards.
