Title: Dubai Club Sets Deadline For Odemwingie
Post by: Folami David on Jul 25, 2013, 11:27 PM
Dubai-based team Al Nasr have issued West Bromwich Albion an ultimatum over the transfer of Nigeria striker Osaze Odemwingie. Al Nasr, who had a bid of £850,000 for Odemwingie rejected last week, are understood to have now given 'The Baggies' until the end of the Tuesday to name their price for the player.
.
Al Nasr believe the Nigeria striker should be available for £1m, but WBA are holding out for a bid of £2m for the Nigeria international, who they signed from Russian Premier League side Lokomotiv Moscow in a £2.5m deal in August 2010.
.
Newly promoted Crystal Palace are claimed to be showing an interest in the forward, while reports in the Middle East say Sunderland and Fulham are also in the mix for a deal.
.
Odemwingie was disciplined by West Brom for trying to force a move to QPR in the January transfer window after falling out with club officials.
.
He has only made seven appearances for 'The Baggies' since then, all of which came from the substitutes' bench.

Osaze Odemwingie would definately do well in any club he's in because he is a very good player...West Bromwich Albion is not just for him.
