Our client is a leading Professional Firm in the Estate Management and Property Consulting business in Nigeria. With an impressive list of high net worth clients and a number of strategic mega projects, the firm urgently requires the services of the following professionals to join its management team.
Requirements:
• These individuals will function as the Chief Operating Officers for two of the subsidiaries in the group. In that capacity, they will oversee and coordinate all operations in their units, including estate surveying, valuation, project development, advisory services and management, while reporting to the Group CEO.
• The requirement is for a first degree in Engineering, Management or the Social Sciences and an MBA from reputable universities.
• The suitable candidate must have acquired a minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience and possess excellent communication skills, executive presence and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary work teams
