Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike is on the verge of a return to Fenerbahce after his current club and the Turkish giants agreed a fee for his transfer.

The Russian news agency ITAR-TASS reported on Tuesday night that a fee of 13 million euro was agreed for the transfer of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations top scorer.

Emenike joined Fenerbahce from Karabuspor in 2011 but he had to leave Turkey in the aftermath of a match-fixing scandal in which he and his new club were initially implicated.
