Nigerian winger Victor Moses has hailed Chelsea's impressive run in pre-season games and has urged teammates to keep the winning mentality going when they face Spanish giants, Real Madrid in the final game of Guinness International Champions Cup in US on Wednesday.

Moses who has received plaudits from new boss Jose Mourinho following his heart-warming displays against both Inter Milan and AC Milan is hoping for another big result from the next encounter.

"Well done lads, another great result. Let's keep the winning mentality going," he twitted.

Chelsea defeated both Milan teams 2-0 in earlier rounds of the competition to reach the final, while Real Madrid eased past LA Galaxy and Everton.

It would be recalled that Moses provided an assist for German striker Andres Schurrle who scored Chelsea's second goal on the dot of 90th minutes against Milan on Sunday night.
Of course making a team like Real Madrid fall is something that would make Victor Moses' team proud....I agree with him.
