The Catholic Christian community in Federal Ministry of Information and its agencies has commenced church worship activities in the newly established Rosa Mystical Chaplaincy in the Radio House premises at Area 10, Garki, Abuja.

The Coordinator of the chaplaincy, Evangelist Nnamdi Okpara in a close discussion with FMI web reporters recently, disclosed that the custodian of the activities, Rev. Fr Michael Gokum, who is the Administrator of the Abuja Pro-Cathedral, intends the programme which started in April 2013 and presently comprises 130 members, to be an out-station of Our Lady Queen of Nigeria Parish, located in Area 3 Garki, Abuja.

Nnamdi Okpara, who was speaking on behalf of the chaplaincy, revealed that catholic adherents are scheduled to hold mass on Tuesdays at noon to help catholic brethren in Radio House keep faith in God.

He added that as the presenter of Mater Dei Capital Talk on Kapital FM 92.9, which features topics on moral decadence in the country and globally, on Wednesdays at 3.05pm, he is hopeful that the chaplaincy will bring staff and clients in the Radio House to keeping good working relationship with their colleagues from diverse religions.

"The service to God will uphold the glory of God in the nation, Nigeria", he observed.
